Charlene is a certified Personal Trainer and Well-being Consultant who takes a holistic approach to client fitness and lifestyle development, building programmes from her own extensive education and experience in order to guide clients towards a healthy lifestyle they can maintain. She has 20 years in the fitness industry holding degrees in both Physical Education and Education, is certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, holds a REPs Level 3 certificate and is a Stott Certified Pilates Instructor. She passionately educates people on exercise, nutrition, health issues and lifestyle changes so they can live a healthy life every day.

Her caring, yet firm attitude makes her a sought after professional in her field. She travels to clients homes, utilises London parks and has access to several key personal training studios in West London and the City. Her love of being active and healthy allows her to set a realistic example for her clients. Charlene is a contributing writer of articles to UK Fit Pro, Can Fit Pro, NHS Choices and Fitness Life New Zealand magazines, woman.cathe-perfect-day.compierrecarr.com and femininezone.com and has been featured in The Grove, London and Fabric Magazines.
