Charlene is a Personal Trainer and Stott Certified Pilates Instructor. She believes in teaching all possible movement patterns and moving through all planes of movement to achieve balance, strength and postural integrity. Pilates concepts flow through all other activities and sports. Charlene has trained triathletes, runners, cyclists, horse riders, judo participants, track athletes, weight trainers, older adults, pregnant women and many other groups, incorporating pilates into every aspect of their programmes.
Just like her approach to personal training she knows that each client is an individual and has their own history, goals and needs.
