90 min Coaching - Follow Up Report - 60 min Coaching (across 2 months)

Charlene discusses your health/fitness goals and needs during the 90 minute initial coaching skype session. You will then receive an inclusive report with suggestions and ideas to move you forward over two months finding healthy practices that work for you. A 60 minute session ends the two month block to discuss your progress and thoughts on moving forward.

You will discuss your health, fitness and injury histories, goals and general eating habits in order to form a whole picture of you.

The process focuses on what shifts and changes you can make in order to live a healthy, enjoyable and active lifestyle for you. This package can be supplemented with any of the on-going skype half hour workouts packages.
