Pear, Cucumber, Wheatgrass Health Booster juice

Freshly squeezed green juices are highly health promoting and helps give you a healthy alkaline balance in your body.

For 2 people


·   ½ cucumber

·   1 pear

*    1inch ginger without peel,

·   2 frozen cups of wheatgrass Juice

·   1 celery stalk

½ lime

1 handful blueberries

This is what you do:

Juice the ingredients expect the blue berries and wheatgrass in your juicer. Then transfer to a blender and add the frozen wheatgrass and the blueberries, wiz for 10 seconds until smooth.
